Overview
As a core scientific research and talent cultivation platform under the Institute of High Energy Physics, the State Key Laboratory of Particle Astrophysics/Particle Astrophysics Division for Particle Astrophysics boasts a high-caliber team of supervisors, comprising 54 doctoral supervisors and 61 master's supervisors. Currently, there are 57 doctoral candidates (including 5 students pursuing direct doctoral degrees) and 70 master's students (including 6 professional master's students) enrolled. The laboratory primarily recruits students in the second-level discipline of "Particle Physics and Nuclear Physics" while also covering multiple related majors, providing students with interdisciplinary training pathways, as detailed in the following table.
In terms of training model, the laboratory emphasizes"empowering talent growth through scientific research practice". During their studies, students can deeply participate in core tasks such as pre-research and physical analysis for major domestic and international scientific experimental facilities. This approach closely integrates theoretical knowledge with cutting-edge scientific research practices, laying a solid foundation for students to engage in high-end scientific research or technical work in the future.
