Dear Yifang and Kam-Biu,

　　On behalf of the T2K Collaboration, we would like to extend our warm congratulations to the Daya Bay collaboration on the measurement of the non-zero theta_13 at 5.2 sigma level.

　　We are excited about the promising future prospect of the neutrino oscillation experiments. With this large theta_13, perhaps if nature is continually kind to us, both the matter hierarchy and CPV phase can be discovered in our lifetime!
