　　I want to warmly congratulate you and the Daya Bay Collaboration for the impressive result on theta_13 which just came out. The quality and the remarkable. This is a first-class result and a big success for this　project which you pushed through very professionally. I am happy for you and IHEP.

　　I am looking forward to see you soon at the FCPPL workshop. As you may know I had to go through a rather heavy and delicate open-heart surgery this last month. The repair went well apparently and I am slowly recovering at home. I should be fine by the time of the workshop.
