摘要/Abstract:

The Horizon Europe funded RADIOBLOCKS project aims to develop new technological components that will enhance the entire data chain, from signal reception to data processing. In this talk I will show the latest results from the simulation task of WP5 and our prospects with next generation facilities such as the SKA. I will focus on calibration optimisation and parameter extraction in the signal chain from RI to imaging from simulations that combine SKA pathfinder and precursor instruments with future SKA-Low and SKA-Mid arrays – building from the simplest science case of a static point source to the complex case of dynamic/astrometric imaging.
