摘要 1/Abstract 1:
One of the reasons for the introduction of the term dark matter was the problem of explaining the flat rotation curves obtained by observations of spiral galaxies. Existing theoretical dynamical models could not explain this shape of the curve, so one possibility was to propose a mass that is distributed in the halo of the galaxy and interacts only gravitationally with baryonic matter. In this lecture it will be presented a theoretical model of the dynamics of the galactic disk that, in a nonlinear regime, can restore a flat rotation curve without the need dark matter inclusion. This model also provides an explanation for the formation of spiral structure with potential implications for the evolution of galaxies.

摘要 2/Abstract 2:
In the lecture will be discussed the modeling of interstellar turbulence within the interstellar medium by plasma waves. This model will be applied on the cosmic ray propagation with the focus on the energetic limit redefinition for confinement and acceleration od cosmic rays in ultra-high energy regime. The impact of damped waves on transport parameters has been disussed.
个人简介/Biography:
Miroslava (Savković) Vukčević was born in Belgrade in 1971. She completed her primary and secondary education in Belgrade, as well as her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Mathematics of the University of Belgrade, Department of Astrophysics. She defended her master's thesis entitled "Nonlinear Waves in a Thin Galactic Disk" at the University of Tokyo, Japan, in the field of Plasma Physics, with the mentor Prof. Dr. Zensho Yoshida. She completed her doctoral studies in Germany, Ruhr University in Bochum, in the field of theoretical astrophysics with the mentor Prof. Dr. Rienhard Schlickeiser. The title of the doctor thesis is "Confinement and anisotropy of ultra-high-energy cosmic rays in turbulent plasma".
She worked at the Vinca Institute of Nuclear Sciences, as an assistant at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Belgrade, at the Faculty of Science of the University of Montenegro in Podgorica, as an assistant professor at the Military Academy of the University of Defense in Belgrade and as a teacher of astrophysics at the British School in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She is currently employed at the Astronomical Observatory in Belgrade as an associate peofessor. She is interested in two areas: the nonlinear theory of gravity, the most notable of which have been published in the highest level journal such as Montly Notions of the Royal Astronomical Society, The Astronomical journal, and the modeling of plasma turbulence that accelerates cosmic rays to ultra-high energies, which has been published in the journals such as The Astrophysical Journal, Astronomy and Astrophysics, and the most recent paper is published last year in the Journal of High Energy Astrophysics.
