漫散射实验站
漫散射实验站概况

一、 简介

   北京正负电子对撞机储存环I区的Wiggler插入件1W1引出了两条同步辐射光束线1W1A和1W1B,这两条光束线位于北京同步辐射装置12号实验厅。漫散射实验站利用1W1A光束线提供的双聚焦单色X射线,开展晶体及薄膜材料的结构研究。该实验站可在专用和兼用两种模式下运行开放。

二、 研究范围

   漫散射实验站可以开展晶体材料中的缺陷,薄膜、多层膜的表面/界面,纳米材料结构等研究。

三、  研究方法和发展方向

 X射线共面衍射/散射,X射线掠入射衍射/散射,X射线反射率/非镜面散射,X射线掠入射小角散射等。

四、  束线结构

1W1A光束线的主要光学元件包括斜切弯晶单色器和平面压弯反射镜。斜切弯晶单色器距光源19米,实现1W1A束线的单色化及水平聚焦,并达到与1W1B光束线的分束的目的。平面压弯反射镜位于弯晶单色器后1.6米处,用于实现光束的竖直聚焦并有效的抑制高次谐波。

五、 样品处光斑参数

      能量:  8.05keV

能量分辨率(ΔE/E):  4.4 × 10-4 (@8.05keV)

光通量(photons/s):>1x1011 @ 8.05keV

光斑尺寸(H x V1.0x0.4 mm2

六、实验站主要设备

1、 Huber五圆衍射仪

2、 探测器:NaI点探测器、Mar345、Pilatus100K、EIGER X1M二维探测器等

3、控制与数据获取系统: SPEC
